New life was given to this Dallas landmark, which was built in 1913 and stood empty for the better part of the last twenty years. The original Old Parkland hospital building was renovated and restored to become the Crow Holdings headquarters. Emily Owens oversaw the development and creation of the Old Parkland Campus, a private corporate campus that values relationships and the historic setting that serves as a backdrop to modern business.
Park Place Motors has created a brand nationally awarded for its attention to luxury and service. The design of each facility is the result of specific decisions made to cater to each client, and even, each automotive model. Emily Owens Design Group recently completed the design for the new Park Place Plano Lexus. Although the dealership is the largest Lexus facility in the country, the interior is more reminiscent of a luxury boutique hotel

The interior of this children’s boutique is intended to reflect the store’s well edited selection of classic and high end children’s clothing. The space is refreshingly simple with white marble countertops and bead board accents. The layout is flexible yet easy for clientele to navigate.
Warren Barron is a high end bridal boutique whose owners wanted to discard the conventional bridal design in favor of an interior that reflects their fashion forward clientele. Gowns suspend from acrylic rods. A turn table plays vintage vinyl. The atmosphere is unique, strongly feminine and perfectly memorable.
This is a man’s retreat geared to be a warm respite for a client that travels often and who looks forward to returning to his strong sanctuary. The warm and decidedly masculine home blends the urban location of the Mansion with the familiar lux of leather, men’s wool suit fabrics, rich woods and crisp lines.
Nestled on a park in Greenway Parks, this new construction residence is designed to be a warm yet contemporary home for a growing family. For truly unique spaces, Emily Owens Design Group creates custom designs. Be it furniture, lighting or architectural elements, the custom process allows the ultimate in client expression.
Emily loves to travel. The more exotic the better. Morocco. Eastern Europe. Places that awaken the senses and renew vigor to create spaces with innovation and intention while maintaining dedication to timelessness.
